While rigging a certain blue Pokémon from Smash Bros. for my personal amusement in Poser, I randomly applied a dance motion to test my handiwork. After I'd stopped laughing, I decided to do a proper render and inflict it upon the world. This was the eventual result.

I don't understand it, myself - this is the first I've seen of it, and given the bizzare (Often unnatural) shapes that pokemon come in, I don't see why people are insisting that they're big blue baggy britches instead of plump, fluffy hips.
As for the colors I'll have a look later and maybe grab you some snapshots. Or there's always google.

First result. Don't hold me to it though, looks like an older photo so they might of changed. Certainly not the best sample for getting exact color values.

I didn't. A fellow by the name of Sabretooth reverse-engineered Brawl's file format, coded an conversion tool, and then posted several ripped models in FBX format over at the Facepunch forums:

Poser has no FBX plugin. We only recently got Collada support. You'll need some file-conversion utility to convert the model to a Poser-friendly format like Wavefront OBJ. Then, after you've imported the model into Poser, it's only a static prop, so you'll have to learn how to rig it.
Very much a DIY project.

You'd still need some familiarity with the rigging system. The model, as is, will not work as a Poser figure. It must be regrouped into appropriately-named body parts, and imported into Poser at the proper scale and position to line up with the rigging.
Yes, rigging tutorials are available. Here are links to a few:

I'm sorely tempted to model/texture my own Lucario from scratch (using Brawl's model as visual reference) just so I can provide you folk with the files, but I have commissions to finish first.
