OH! So he's actually blueish lookin! Not just the style of the picture, wow that's really interesting!
It matches quite well! So the badges and other metal bits are silver instead of a golden color huh? That makes it really cool looking.
I'd so love to have a uniform shirt with the pressed pleads/seams down the front like that with the pocket flaps, can't find a top like that anywhere though.
The scars are really cool too, personally I would have used a darker shade to draw them, but I really like how you used a lighter blue, It seems much more natural that way.

Yeaah he's actually blue xD I should put a screencap of him somewhere up my site, and I agree! Rather than using gold I say the silver matches way better with the blue. I would love to have a police uniform like that too, but it's hard to find one similar to it :P Making one sounds easier than actually finding a top like that.
