Yes. Though I've often come across the inverse of "I'm a widely applied artist!" and turns out the best they can do is rip off web comic art styles and do only one thing poorly.
Its so odd, people advertise they can do everything and they're bad at it, or they advertise one thing they're REALLY good at and they get requests for what they don't do.

I could use a creature concept artist...
Though it's for a personal project, and I'm not drowning in spare cash.

and I could use people that just want a creature concept artist! ack! Everyone seems to want a business in all this. I just want to make my work and expand. xvx

It's a fascinating thing, the way most view such things. Art is a passion and an insight into the inner minds of artists, yet so many seem to believe it must be a job or in some way govern a consistency with values and wealth. I have a job, I also have my art. Two separate fine things, one for myself and another for my living. Now I just need the project that can treat me like the title I give myself. :X
