Ever thought about crime on Merra?
That´s what happens to criminals in Tinora, they are turned into so called "Skirras" for a specific time period, some kind of pet that helps families or does other social stuff! The name of the "owner" is written on the coin on their collar so if they don´t behave they will get a bad reputation and stay in that body longer! (this punishment only works with Tinoran races, which are Bolgan, Ketoran, Zirran, Akira and Necra, humans can be punished aswell) The race is not a "natural race" it can only be "created" with a special potion, an anti-serum negates the effect
-oh, and thats a broom in it´s hands, its a very small and cute creature!
