That's an accurate assumption. And as for his roguish qualities, Kwillit likes to paint himself as a daring rebel, though he's really just a crook with an adrenaline fix and a sense of professionalism.

The neck things....I dunno. They spice him up a bit, so I didn't complain. As for the mark on his snout, that IS a scar. The result of a nasty toss up with a Tarturan (Maybe Crusty?). Every scar is a lesson, and that one is "Don't ever, ever get in a fight ever again. Run, blind him with something. Climb a tree, hide and wait until he gives up looking".
