Cleaned up some of the grammar, Edited the total # to 2.25 Million(which is more then my entire state), and added a Whole LOT more critters
After doing the math, This thing has a Max of 3,187,500 to 3,750,000 once completed

See it started out as a Random Everything Meme. That I've modded into Random Character Generator. About the only thing left for me to update IS the color pallets and I'm to but actually working on this. and enjoying the Millions of characters that can be made by this.
