As an aspiring artist, I can confirm practice helps a lot. Before I started trying to get better, I could sort of draw stick figures if I had to, but now I can draw a cat head if you give me the time. It might not sound like much, but I haven't been practicing as often as people say you should either.

I couldn't either, and to be honest I still can't draw one much better. Thankfully, there's plenty of tools out there, both for digital and traditional that can help you out. I'll use one of them when I need to, but just drawing will help you get a bit better as well. Something I would do will taking notes during class was just drawing circles and lines a bunch. Also, if you're drawing lines or circles, sometimes it's better to do it with multiple strokes instead of one really long one. I saw some tutorials about this a few weeks ago, though I have no idea if I could find it again.

You can't draw over night. I'm not even half decent, and it's taken me over half my life to get where I am. 13 years of practice, most of it was about 17 hours a day, too.
You won't improve if you sit and whine. You have to actually practice.

It's the default brush on MS Paint, or if you're using SAI it's the tool called ''binary'' or ''legacy pen''.
