In this picture, I have a very young Dephensor Dan and his two year old son, yours truly, Domineus Dan. It takes place way back when the family was still living in Adleria. ^\/^.
Dephensor Dan was on his way to battle, wearing the typical armor of an Adlerian soldier. The look, meant to strike fear into the forces of darkness, has startled the young Domineus Dan and, by whom, was wondering where his father is located. Dephensor, sensing his fear and sadness, turns around and lifts up his helmet to reveal that it is him and to not worry. Dephensor then bends down and gives his young son a hug before proceeding to go off and fight evil monsters. ^\/^.
This situation was inspired by a touching scene in the classic story of the Iliad, by the famed Greek poet and storyteller Homer. In that scene, the older princely warrior of Troy was on his way to battle and was wearing the typical bronze helmet. When his young son saw him, he was scared and wondered where his father was wherein his father turned around, went onto one knee and lifted his helmet to show that it is him underneath. He then hugged his son and went off to battle. ^\/^.
The (PLA) stands for 'Pencil Line Art'. ^\/^.
