I believe rather: A) Her shoulders are too close or B) her neck is too long compared to her body frame? But I'm just guessing.

Hmmm, maybe...I've tried to do it like she lifted her shoulders, but it seems I've really did the neck too long. But honestly I'm more nervous about her face.

I agree with you about the neck, but honestly you did a very good job regardless. I wouldn't worry about it. The face looks fine, I see nothing really off.
