Ah, kinda a complex story if you don't know the lore/story behind GWAR.
Basically, he was attacked by Sawborg Destructo. Got the blade stuck in his skull before GWAR came along ready to attack Sawborg, so he ran away and dumped the blade, keeping it in his skull.
Oderus tried taking it out but it almost killed him, so he kept it in his head and kept him as a freak pet. XD
