However, a yinglet in a full run is a nightmare to anyone trying to catch them.

Actually... you can't! You gotta render an image sequence from AE, import it in Photoshop, then save it as a gif. It would make perfect sense for a rendering program to include gifs, but... I dunno, maybe Adobe just wants to make sure you buy all their products.

The guys who invented gif give the adobe crew a lot of grief despite the fact they aren't doing much with the format themselves. So Photoshop has to do a lot of byzantine legal maneuvering as of late to keep using the format.

The only drawback is that now The Flash gets winded after sprinting for a while, cheetah-like, and needs to sit and pant for a while before he can do it again.
