Hahah, yeah kinda. I drew the background buildings using a reference from somewhere. It was probably from a Spaghetti Western movie cuz it had a couple dudes standing in the middle of the street having a duel. And the ground was a texture I nabbed from CGTextures.com and just used the perspective tool on it :P
Ah I think I see that now. ground textures are hard anyway. XD just look at the piss poor ones they used for skyrim on release and it was still considered a visually gorgeous game. XD
