
I always hear bees referred to as "him." It bothers me a bit. Almost any bee you find out of its hive is a female. The only male bees that you find are drones and they just hang around the hive and eat honey and mate with the queen. Anyway, thinking about the oft gender misassigned worker bee, I did this. It'd be hard to mistake this for a "him" now wouldn't it?
