Is it ok if it use this picture in an upcoming RPG I am running? Id like to use it to represent a snake demon in the game though I wont use your character per se its just a nice image!

If it's just between you and your players (nothing published, etc...), I don't have any issue with someone doing that. If it's going out in the public, though, it's a bit more questionable, not only with me but with the artist.
