Tina loves platform shoes. A quirk of hers is she gets a kick out of slogging through gooey mud in them (the platforms let her go deeper without getting any inside). Continuing where the last comic (Installment 7) left off, she's about to do the dirty deed to a pair of maryjanes you can see RL versions of by performing a Google search on the name "Demonia Sin" (just so you know I'm not exaggerating the ones in the pic--and yes, the style name is just a coincidence).

It's a subgenre of wet-and-messy (WAM). The part about messing up good shoes probably comes as an extension to something else.
www.abusedshoes.com comes to mind, as well as a number of paysites like bootpassion.com and fhuckednikes.com , although I don't think they've attracted enough attention to be formally defined.
Tina herself just gets off on slogging through puddles and mudholes. Something about being able to do with impunity something 'forbidden' that most folks would get in trouble for.
