I had thought of him a while ago while watching Naruto...only what I envisioned was a hooded figure (me and hoods...lol) born without arms and he developed a secret jutsu that gave him limbs made out of his chakra. Plus he'd have the ability to permanently learn 5 other jutsu that fellow ninja knew and make it his own such as Shadow Clones.

Of course I wanted something different. I wanted something I normally didnt mess with. So an old quadriplegic with a missing eye was the final result. His chakra is an odd pink/purpleish color, and he'd know his Phantom Limb jutsu as well as a few others I have not decided to give him. I'll figure his vitals out later.

Sadly there was also a small SMALL section I never saw until I had saved it...and it ruined an otherwise nice piece. :/ Plus I dont wanna restart it all...=-=
