Inkblot Irregulars: A.J. Among the Angels and Evils
Inkblot is an odd world of extremes, both in form, function and nature. On this sketch page by the always awesome
Gidg we have three of the more good natured folk, one truly neutral figure, and a being of utmost malevolence.

1.: Linus Mayweather.
Linus Mayweather is what is called a Kiflett, a sort of gentle, good natured and bright little race from the kid-friendly animated world of Kifhollow. Kifhollow is a series produced in the Netherlands, and is pretty much what you'd get if the Smurfs were cuter, fuzzier and less off-putting in a lot of cases. Linus himself is a master burrower and builder, but is also a shopkeep by trade.
Living in Kifhollow with his parents and friends, life was always simple and cheerful for the little fellow, but when one day he woke to find himself on the strange, dark shores of a mysterious city his life took an unexpected turn for the weird.
Kifhollow had bee, rather unfortunately, canceled mid-season due to budget cuts at the production company. What this meant for Linus and the rest of his kind was that they ended up scrapped, thrown out only to return to something akin to life in the world of Inkblot.
Linus is trying to find his friends and family now, working for Petunia Pettigrew as a gopher and errand boy. He might look stubby and awkward, but the boy can run faster than one might imagine, and can he ever climb! Needless to say, he earns his keep, and has found he's quite fond of his new friends.

Here we see A.J. as she was in life, and how she sometimes still presents herself in Inkblot.

3.: Lucretia "Lucy" Popondoso.
Seal of the Five Wardens is an obscure and unusual Gameboy Color RPG produced by now-defunct game studio Tochigi Shuffle. It was an oddity for several reasons, not the least of which being it was a traditional JRPG that had a combat system that had never been seen before: A card based battle system with abilities and actions determined not just by the cards in your deck, but by a numerical count based on a trio of digital dice rolled each turn. What this meant was that every battle had a unique element of chance coupled with a particularly sharp strategic gameplay aspect. Pick the right cards, play the right hand and get the right roll, and you could win in one turn.
The mascot character for it was the busty, bouncy and boisterous hammer-wielding bunny girl Lucretia. One of the Five Wardens, legendary animal spirit heroes that were your party members, she was the first new party member you got and one of the most active in the game. Based on the legendary Mochi-pounding rabbit in the moon, Lucretia's move set included withering blows with a big honkin' mallet, cutting wit and a good bit of panty-flashing fan service.
Unfortunately, the game was a commercial flop due to poor advertising, and Lucretia was stuck with the rest of her friends from the game, waiting for obsolescence. Instead, she ended up in Inkblot!
Quick to find employment, she met and took an instant liking to Petunia Pettigrew. As such, she now works as a bouncer at the Flower Pot, busting heads with her hammer in exchange for a fair share of Moolah and all the carrot juice she could ever want.

4.: Hayate Hanzo.
Hayate Hanzo, known as the Ruby Rose, is the quintessential "Lone Swordsman" archetype seen in many Anime series throughout the years. The last son of a master swordsman, Hayate Hanzo was destined to take up the blade and avenge his slain family over the course of scheduled three season series.
Unfortunately, Hayate Hanzo never really got the chance to do so, given three major determining factors: One, his series tried to mesh tradition Meiji era Japanese swordplay with a mystical take on the Super Sentai genre that didn't really appeal to the viewers.
Two, the series was actually a Yaoi series intended for a female audience, who actually turned out to be rather turned off by the graphic violence that was intermingled with the (equally graphic) homoerotica which turned off a male audience.
And three, the series ran at such an awkward time of night that even those who DID want to watch it rarely had time or the inclination to do so. What this meant for the series was that Hayate was doomed to obscurity, and quickly enough relegated to nothingness.
Or so it would be, if not for the existence of Inkblot. Hayate found himself deposited in a world beyond his imagination, a warrior without a cause or a purpose. This, of course, meant that he was up for hire to anyone who could afford him. Hayate now works out of Neo-Tokyo as a blade for hire, muscle available to anyone who can afford him.
His closest thing to a friend is Ramon "Rampage" Diaz, the tiger-man working for Petunia. They have what can best be described as a friendly rivalry, and a frequent (if clandestine) sexual relationship.

5. Madame Nightingale/ The Blank.
Madame Nightingale was the mature Brothel Mistress of an underground french art house comic known as Le Rossignol. The comic, ostensibly little more than stylized pornography, was a black and white drama set in a whore house in WW2 Paris, under Nazi occupation. Madame Nightingale was one of the main characters, and one of the protagonists.
After the comic was mostly forgotten by time and the public, she found herself in a new world entirely, a newcomer to Inkblot. Her particular skillset, along with her desire to live a comfortable life, lead her to set up shop in Olde Towne in the basement of a building known as the Pennyworth Tower.
Starting from scratch, Madame Nightingale used her skills and intelligence to build a new brothel, a new home, and a new life...That is, until she ran afoul of a certain political powerhouse of a Rhino. Nashorn's drive for control and power lead him to have her usurped and ripped from her place of comfort, dragged to the edge of the city and abandoned in the wild places.
It was some days later when a naked and shaking Nightingale returned from the edge, irreversibly insane...And with her face eaten away completely by the Censors. She'd escaped with her life, which was a rare stroke of luck for encounters with them, but it had cost her sanity and her beauty.
Finding her way home, she went into hiding until such a point as she was close enough to recovered. Now bearing an emotionless white mask that shows only blackness where eyes once were, Madame Nightingale goes by the name The Blank. Her once lush, smoky voice is now a harsh whisper, formed by the sound of sliding tendrils of living ink writhing together.
She hides her mangled visage behind a mask, but nothing can hide the ugliness left in place of her sanity. She seeks only the absolute destruction of Nashorn, of Inkblot, and of everyone in the city. She has a particular hatred for Petunia Pettigrew, her competition in the past, for retaining her status and beauty.
Now she draws monsters and the lowest of the low to her side, building an army of the insane and unstable in the sewers, warehouses and dark bowers of Inkblot. There is a war brewing against Nashorn and his henchmen, and the city is the battleground...
