
Haven't done this in a while so here goes...
BBQ Pork ribs, pan fried potatoes and green beans.
6-8 Bone-in or boneless pork ribs
1 medium onion diced
Sweet Baby Ray's Spicy BBQ sauce
2 Medium russet potatoes
Cheese
1/2 lb green beans
Prep and cook time: 90 minutes
* Place ribs in a medium to large skillet over a medium flame (gas) or 4-5 (electric), cook until slightly tender, keep lid on skillet to help tenderize meat.
* when meat is browned on all sides and slightly pink in the middle, pour 1-3 cups hot water in skillet, turn heat to high, cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes
* once the water is nearly gone, pour contents of Sweet Baby Ray's sauce over ribs, evenly spread diced onions over meat and let simmer for additional 5-10 minutes
* While meat is cooking peel and dice potatoes, put in a small to medium pot under a low flame with 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil, season with pepper, fajita season and garlic powder to taste, cook until golden brown.
* place cooked potatoes in serving dish and layer with cheese of choice
* cut and snap green beans, place in microwave steamer, put in microwave on 70% power for 8 minutes or until done.
once everything is done, enjoy
