Third and final commission for  thizorac who wanted a night time scene with his lynx fursona overlooking a city from a tall building.

Felt pretty bad for making him wait the longest, so I decided to go all out on the background and make a nice looking cityscape. It helped that I took some inspiration from the film "Akira" and its backgrounds. Kinda struggled with the lighting, hand-painting the windows, and deciding between leaving it normal or blurred. But I'm pretty content with how it came out looking.
