naw, art is more of an extension of myself and acts as a means of expression; I put a lot of myself into my work and if I don't really know the person or their characters, I can't really put the same level of thought and feeling that my normal work carries.

I got lazy and used some royalty-free stock, hahaha. otherwise, I do freehand the smoke.
one of these days I'll quit smoking again. stopped for about three years, started up again because my life took a sudden downward spiral.

Well hey hang in there. My life took a pretty bad turn last month. (Like--was homeless and go to rehab bad). One thing I heard a lot was "Everything's gonna be alright."

And as cynical as I am and as dumb as it sounded--it was.
