Ah he has a name, backstory, affiliates, all of that, we go to town when we do stuff like that, it's Aeon Cross, and he converts energy and the physical bursts which amplified his strength, speed, what have you, clearly a villian. And you can't see it in this, well only slightly but the thing in the upper right corner in the sky is another Hero, Shift but he's more in the background like I wanted Aeon to be. They sorta come as a pair for various reasons X3.
