Finally caved and thought I give you guys a progress shot of banchan99 picture I'm doing.
I'm well advance from this stage, into shading, I just thought let you see the base without any textures on the character (except the skin, left that on as a treat) and shading before when ever I do release the final version, you can see the big jump in difference and details.
Apparently plastic texture/shading is a bitch to do right. :/
Also, not so satisfied with the hair.
Fun fact, the PSD file for this is currently at 92.9MB, has 70 folders and 557 layers on this picture right now (probably half are hiddens, backup layers, couple of references, tests, alt-versions).

Most pictures of it are taken with dark backgrounds for guns. And most of those white backs its them just photoshoping away the outside but tend to forget to clean the inside.
I do a lot of look over on weapons, for I like to accurately detail them. For me I came across one of those 360* H3D models of a Vector to help get a good look at all it's details.
