This is normally what I listen to when I have those kind of feelings.

While I recognize that I may never truly feel okay (or even happy, or content for that matter), subtle tones like these remind me that I am, at the very least, still breathing.

Things like these help to remind me on those days where I'm helplessly clouded by my own ill thoughts that I might still have a sort of chance, despite what I believe about myself (or what I even consider to be "myself")...

I will always feel like something inside me is missing, but songs like this give me the comforting hand to at least accept that they have been, and forever will be lost somewhere, there in the stormy and churning waters of my thoughts.
