Lina frowned as she searched through her draw, looking for her favourite dress. She normally kept it safe, tucked right at the back of the draw, but now, it wasn't there.
"Where did it go?" she groaned.
A small voice spoke out.
"Are you sure you put it in here?"
Lina nodded. Carefully she picked up her sister, Lora, the tiny echidna fitting easily in the giant bat's hand.
"I always keep it in there, Lora."
Lina sat down, letting Lora climb off her hand.
"Have you asked Mum where it is?" Lora asked.
Lina shook her head.
"Not yet."
Lina smiled at her big sister and climbed back onto the bat's hand, hugging a finger.
"Let's go ask her," Lora said. "Mums always know where everything is."

Lina spun around happily, the hem of her skirt swirling around as she danced. The dress had been found accidentally tucked in amongst their brother, Mason's, washing. Lina giggled. She glanced over to her dresser, seeing Lora up on top, joining in with the dance. Her sister's suggestion had been right: Mothers did know where everything was...
