Crossdressing pretty-boy red panda. Character design is based on the cubi of DMFA by missmab, who are characterized not by their wings but by having a second set of wings on their head.

He's a little crazy/brainwashed, saying things like his clan leader only has daughters and is personally responsible for more dragon deaths in the past hundred years than there are known total dragon deaths for any reason since the Dragon-Cubi War began. He insists that Ke's clan is the greatest cubi clan in existence despite the lack of evidence that Ke is even a "real" Clan Leader, and constantly tries to convince others that the Insectis clan is nowhere near as strong as claimed because nobody has seen the whole clan all at once.
