A commission for me done by 
KelvinTheLion. This is Miss Tabitha Tabs Wildcat, the attractive female detective from the overlooked British animation "Fantomcat". Someone has made Tabs rather under dressed and diaper clad and Tabs is not happy about that, but can't find the culprit. Was it a poltergeist, an invisible Fantomcat or one of Marmagora's stealthy minions?
