I wanted to post a work in progress of a present I've been working on for a close friend recently. ....Well,I've had the pattern for a year now,and he knew about it a year ago as well. Let's just say he's been super patient with me *nod nods*
Though it's finally being worked on. Piece by piece. I had hoped to get it done by his birthday in July,but things weren't working very well. And I ran into some problems with the armor being fickle with the fabric glue. So I'm having to go over the pieces I've put together already with needle and thread to make sure they will stay on for a very long time. If I didn't do this it would literally fall apart if touched too much. ...Though before I tried the sewing thing I tried super glue as well. >_> Don't ever use super glue on felt,it's a pain to manage and have stick even though it's suppose to be super glue. And I didn't wanna do the pieces over again,so I just had to sew through the super glue once it dried. That was a pain and a half. Thankfully if was only the two pieces.
Though with how I've been working on this,it'll still be a little while before it's complete I predict. Slowly but surely I suppose though.
Oh,I just remembered! Some of the pattern pieces aren't even pictured. The other pieces are in a little bag. They are his helmet in a bunch of pieces yet to be put together. And also,for those that might not know,this pattern/character is Volibear from League of Legends. ^_^ I hope he looks cool when I'm all done. So far so good,it all looks like the pictures in the pattern I went off of.
I'll probably move this to my scraps folder at some point I'm sure *nods*

I'm happy I could get the chest part to work. That's actually the second one I made. The first one was wrong,by a huge margin. I had to adjust the pattern to make it work. I'm glad I could get it to work in the end. I was afraid the pattern as too completely wrong to fix at first.
