So if Tommy wasn't registered as a hunter he'd be on his way to jail for assault right now. Stating we'll have to take drastic action, doesn't rate being assaulted. For all he knew they could be planning a civil law suit over custody of the child.
Hmmm... So what did the HDL, do to deserve being arrested by the VPD? Merely demanding to speak with the chief law enforcement officer of the jurisdiction, isn't grounds to be arrested.
I would have to say, all in all this was another great chapter Sir.... tail wags
"Ottawa. They had a vehicle there when we arrived. Only none of their expedition survived when they tripped
the computers." Well I still hold that they may have survived...... Just in a drastically changed form..... It seems odd to me that Tommy and family never mentioned feral wolves until they arrived in Edmonton, and the wolves did seem to like the area around the Ottawa teams camp site.....
Taking a quick glance behind me, I still couldn't see my assailant, but the sound of his heavy
footfalls was coming closer. (Incorrect word, the proper word would be pursuer as Tommy ahs not yet been assailed)

Well if that's the case, they had an appointment and entered the building with permission. They then simply sat down in a room and refused to leave until they speak to someone other then the person they had an appointment with. So they didn't really force their way into the building.
Yep, pretty much. It can be nice having a piece of paper that acts as a 'get out of jail free card' every now and then!
As for the HDL, the officer may have been understating their actions a bit. When you barge through the front doors, accost the officer on duty, and then block anyone else from getting service it's the least the cops can do to drag you off and let you cool your heels for a few hours.
And your comment about the wolves in Edmonton is quite interesting, I remember you mentioning it before. Hmm... you never know, though it didn't cross my mind at the time.
