I don't know if that was the intention but this is extremely accurate to the actual competitive games. Tyraintar is easily the best counter to Latias. It's immune to the psychic stab, has the bulk after sand stream to avoid a 2hko from even specs Draco meteor, has no weakness to anything Latias would run as a practical move, and easily OHKO's it with a stab Crunch or Pursuit if it tries to escape.
