yes a new character Gavin I was playing around with pichu90 pokemon Dressup thing and I think it can be a good way to make new characters with you want a pokemon so here he is till I get a pic of him made by some one

he is one of Darny lil bros he the same age as Lilly but is 4 months older then Lilly he super shy more so then Lilly he will keep away from others as he so shy when he gets to know someone and likes them he not be as shy but will try to keep some feet away he not good at talking as he so shy so he keeps quiet most of the time he not good at using his Psychic Abilities so he trys not to use it he only use it if he feels the need to use it
