"Fascinating," said Dr Marco as he and the Professor inspected the wolf skull.
They had opened up what they could, and were amazed to see the fine, intricate workings inside.
"You would have loved to have seen them in action, Marco," the Professor replied.
"No you wouldn't," Persia grumbled.
The former military officer rubbed her arm where it was bandaged. Titania had done a good job of bandaging it up.
"Do you think we could get this one working again?" Marco asked.
The professor examined the damage and nodded.
"Yes, I think we can," he replied.
"And what if it attacks us again?" Persia asked.
The Professor and Dr Marco looked at her, smiling.
"You don't have to worry about that, Persia," Marco said.
"We can rework some of these mechanics and set it to recognize us as friends," the Professor added. "It wouldn't be any different from my mechanical dragonfly messengers"
Persia grumbled, not entirely convinced.

The Professor and Dr Marco beamed like proud parents as they watched the skull hover before them.
"Left," Marco said.
The skull moved left.
"Now right."
The skull moved back to the right.
"Perfect," said the Professor.
He plucked the skull out of the air and gently set it down on the bench.
"Looks like we did it," Marco said.
"It certainly does," replied the Professor.
The two scientists regarded the skull, thinking over their next move.
"Hopefully we can now use this to track down the Doll Maker and find out what he's up to," the Professor said.
"We need to give it a name though," Marco remarked. "Kind of like a codename."
The Professor thought for a moment then smiled.
"I know," he said, lifting the skull. "How about, Ralph..?"
