I made this character up a long time ago, so I decided to draw him out again. He has a dark past but he does not indulge himself into law breaking......but he also has a hard time trying to follow it. So he wanders out and about, away from civilization. But he also keeps an eye out for any other Law Breakers. I guess you can say he's a guardian angel...but a not very bright one.
Lights are random colors because I have NO clue what goes on in a city, but I draw whatever I want to draw so.....just go with it.
