A new character I adopted today! I changed a few of her markings, but it's basically the same!
Thinking of simply calling her Hoshineko, but that's pretty plain (it means literally "Star Cat") Or maybe calling her Hoku, which is "Star" in Hawai'ian. Or Kibo, which is "wish" in Japanese. IDK.
Anyhow!
She has three eyes, but the last one is almost always closed, unless she is granting good luck/wishes. The pupil of that eye is a lucky coin.
She has a transparent belly, much like a see through bowl, where you can see her stars. The stars are those little paper lucky stars. She gets them by having children write their dreams on the slips of paper, and fold them, and wish upon her. The more stars she has, the more wish-granting power she possesses.
The big star beside her is her messenger. The star collects the paper stars for her from the children, much like the Tooth Fairy collects teeth.
I might have more indepth information on her later on, but this is it so far!
