Well, this is the last recipe I have left on my art account. I can't believe I forgot about this!! >.< Derp bird. It's an old photo, so next time I make this I'll update the pic.
One night, I mentioned to my friends that I knew how to make spinach and artichoke dip ... I got it out of the oven and they dove in. I was *LUCKY* to get this shot before it was snatched away to be eaten. Mind you this is a double batch pictured ... only a small corner was left with 5 people eating it.
Simple enough really ~~ (this is a single batch recipe)
2 cups parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until lightly golden.
Serve with crackers or toasted bread. (I used Tostidos scoops)
Now I want some ... *pouty bird*

This looks fucking delicious and I'm adding it to my recipe folder on my PC because I LOVE spinach artichoke dip. :D I wonder if I could add some chicken and make it into some kind of filling for a puff pastry so I can replicate my favorite Lean Pockets.
However, I don't think my store sells hands. Might have to leave that part out. ;)
