Kami was helping me to learn and understand more and better about different body types and drawing them.
It's really nice to keep the same character for all those different looks rather than drawing blank/random doodles or different characters for each body type. It's way better to practice and understand each body type uniqueness.
It was a really fun thing to do, and there still lots of other possibilities to try out.
Chibo: Small, deformed proportions and really really cute. Be careful when drawing them not to make they look like children or vice-versa. Chibis' proportions varies, this one is around 3 heads tall. Usually making a thinner body but keeping the Average body proportions in mind (but not copying them) will help you to draw your Chibi without making it look like a kid.
Long Body / Very Tall: When you get the Average body and stretches it a bit (or a lot), you get a really tall character. The torso itself isn't so much longer, it's the limbs (especially the legs) that tends to get way longer, making the character look taller.
Shorty / Dwarf: The opposite of Very Tall body type, what you have to do is to shorten the torso, but keep the limbs proportion similar to the Average body type, or else you can end up drawing a children instead of a short adult. Their head shall not look big compared to their body as it is on children.
Taur: This one is a bit tricky to draw and to get it right, while also there's not a really strictly right way to draw taurs characters (but definitely there are wrong ways to draw them), just have clear in your mind were the human-like body meets the animal-like body and them draw the way it pleases you more.
