Foxy keeps the team running as the defacto leader, often quelling arguments that raise up between Rush and Chaos. Foxy keeps a steady paw at the helm, and acts as a master tactician in battle. Surprising his enemies with his talented "Get-exceedingly-drunk-while-flying-on-the-mission-and-hope-to-god-I-don't-crash." techniques is akin to drunken Kung Fu; I.E. Foxy has the guts to try the most insane maneuvers, and by sheer mathematical improbably of what he does, folds in on itself, creating a vortex of 'super luck' that Foxy uses to his drunken advantages.
