felt like I needed a redo on Rainbow Dash

so, I took the same core idea, just swapped air racer for street racer. her hair would still be rainbow (obvs), suit predominantly blue, scarf cloud white.
Given that her main claim to fame in the series is apparently her speed (rainboom and all), seemed more appropos to me to go this route rather than all around athletic. so woot.
