Backstory: Sometime during Trak's journey to stop the evil Mewtwo Garith, he had his scientist attempt to make a perfect evil clone of Trak who would be able to do better than V11 had done against him. In the middle of creating this evil clone, a strange even occurred that caused this clone's body to form per-maturely. And in the confusion, it escaped, and not being complete, had some alterations that make him different from Trak.
