A quick little color job I did before lunch. I ran across Ottoline Otter from the British TV Series Rupert Bear a while back and did a few sketches of her. Cute adolescent character who seems pretty bright. I don't know how many episodes she appears in, I only watched the first one. There isn't a lot of fanart of her around, but what there is usually depicts her getting tickled or tied up. She gets tied up in her first cartoon episode, so I guess she's been marked as enjoying restraint.

Ah yes rupert the bear. Watched all the episodes like 20 years ago on the local PBS station. Interesting history behind rupert the bear. Older then Micky Mouse. 1920 comic strip. Once again Europe has the longest scifi. Dr. who and the longest anthromorphic animal. Well I don't know about that. But you know. Strange stuff.
