This is Ritzel, he is a dragon from my species Mindrakon.
They dont have wings, and they have single elemental power each.
Their powers dont affect them anyway so its impossible to know what powers they hold besides the mark.

Ritzels mark are the markings on his backlegs, one on each side. He knows flower magic, hence i drew the flowers on him x3 Oh and his tongue is striped with just the blues. The weird flower next to him is his color palette

Mindrakon have very short fur, besides their tail, mane. chest and socks.

His feral form is the size of an small horse, not pony.

Mindrakon is my closed species, do not make your own!
