Nope. No fucking clue what I'm doing.
This is a lime bourbon chicken I made last night. I was hungry and had some chicken I wasn't sure what to do with... So i just grabbed some things i had laying around and went at it. It's pretty much just some left over chopped veggies i had from a few days ago, limes. chives, bourbon, and some other things.
Over all I'd call it a success, but the lime was a lot more tart than I expected... I'm making it again tonight to refine it. I'll be posting the recipe in a bit.
