I picked up some new rims for my fiero about a month ago and had my cross-drilled rotors and black painted calipers installed. I can't wait to install my rear lowering springs and new struts, and it needs a Fiero GT style rear wing as well....all in time I guess.

HolyCats! Another Furry Fiero owner! :)
Except yours is in Gorgeous condition....
Mines a pretty decent driver right now, minus the dash: Found out that the previous owner had tried wedging in A/C into mine, and the electronic tomfoolery they did was beginning to fall apart and cause an overload. I found the bits and yanked them out, but the old dash Really needs to be replaced... Lots o fieros showing up in the local junkyard this past saturday, none with the proper color dash I need (that yellow/beige).

Ever try any of the Fiero forums or maybe a local Fiero owners club to find that dash. I know it can be a huge pain to find parts. I have to replace the belt tensioner on mine and found out it will cost me over $150 for a new one and it has to be special ordered @_@.
Mine is in good shape but the paint is blah....its one of those cars that can pass off as good in a photo but you get close and it doesn't look so hot lol The clearcoat is gone so I have to polish it every month to keep it this nice, otherwise it dulls and looks like a rust color.
And hey, doesn't matter to me what condition its in so long as you own one...I'm happy to see these cars still on the road. Their a blast to drive and make good gas mileage for a 20 year old car without being a boring eco-commuter.

I'm going to be heading to the Grand Prairie junkyards here in Texas in a couple of weeks! I need to replace the rear bumper, and maybe interior trim bits. I've take out the entire center console and am fixing the vinyl on it which has peeled off the backing.
Do you have the 205's in the front and 215's in the rear? That's the way it's /supposed/ to be. If they're 215's in the front, steering is a pain in the ass!

I'm running 225/60/15 rear and 215/60/15 front. Not having any problems thus far, the first set I had were some dinky donuts lol 185/65/14's all around. The car grips much better with the new tires, falkens in the rear and bridgestone potenza pole positions in the front. I really recommend the Bridgestones. I do want to upgrade the rears to 235/60/15's tho.
I've got the original spoked'ish rims, and I like them that way :D
My dad who owned the car before me had 215's on all four corners, he only bought used tires from a Mexicali tire place, the cheap bastard! It wasn't until I got new tires from a place in Chatsworth (Tire Pros/chatsworth tire) that I found out about the front being smaller than the rear, as the guy was like "well do you want it this way or do you want it the way it is supposed to be"

Well, its not really how its "supposed" to be. I mean you can change things around and not have a problem..you can stuff 225's all around if you wanted to. The car did come with 205's and 215's but a lot of fiero owners put 215's or 225's all around. Its all up to you and what you think feels best for the car. Yeah, the spoked' rims do look cool.
