Adopted this guy from  upshure c:

I decided for him to have glowing eyes (can be optional but preferred) but I also decided for him to have an anthro form c: It took me a little while to think of an outfit but I managed x3

I combined his name with "Tech" and Neo" (neon) .w. UponNightFall suggested the Tech bit xD I was stuck between the two so...boom Techneo.

I really love this guy ;o; I'll have fun role-playing with him and even drawing him c':


He's 19 years old, has a Canadian mother along with an English father and Tech is 5'6 in anthro form.

He did feel embarrassed about his tail before but now he doesn't mind it, however the only thing is when he's dying so someone else has to charge him if it's too late (to him it's pretty much like a deep sleep).
