Second page of my comic journal thingy I was doodling during my trip to California for my brother's wedding, and a bit on my way back.
After they determined I was, in fact, not a terrorist, I got to board the trains. If you've never been to DIA, they have really weird train things. They're accompanied by cheesy jingly music and a clashing hostile voice that insists on yelling at you if you're too near the doors.
Having to miss RMFC, going through all the frustration getting there, and having to wear a tux that looked ridiculous on me turned out to be totally worth it, though. The actual wedding was really, really awesome. And very beautiful. It's such a weird experience seeing your brother get married. Weddings are so much cooler when you're related to the guy getting married, though.

This comic is much less clear than the previous ones. I never really polish these up after drawing and the way back required me to draw bits and pieces at completely random times. It's a little disjointed.
I almost never cry about anything, but I did get pretty sappy during the wedding. Despite the annoyances, I actually enjoy travelling. :P

Ugh. Weddings. My li'l bro got married last August and my li'l sister got married last month. I hate weddings. I also hate wearing a suit, though I have to admit my other half looks hawt in one :D
Oh, and "Weddings are so much cooler when you're related to the guy getting married, though." doesn't count if YOU'RE the one marrying him, of course :D

Awww... thanks! Actually, it turned out awesome. The trip there was sort of bothersome, but it wasn't too bad. I just focused on it in the comics since those parts are funnier, and because they were what happened right before the hours of waiting for the plane, so I had plenty of time to work with them!
