Odissi is a very specific dance of Eastern India (Orissa), and worlds different than modern bellydance, but thats a cool link. xD http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsj-NEH75xw is more like it.
You can by orissan saris for a few US dollars in India, its really cheap there actually, and I'm sure decent priced ones can be found online somewhere. Premade or made-to-order costumes would probably be more. Folding them in the right way is the tricky part. Authentic jewelry may be a bit harder but not impossible to locate.
