SOCIETY
Suzurris are a nomadic people of Saverns. They are a Matriarchy society.
Females tend to the camps, care for young and help when they can with their magical abilities. With their powers they are the ones that find water in the desert, so the whole clan depends on them for survival. However only one female has this ability. This female leads the clan and is looked to to decide what is best for her clan. Males are the warriors of the group. They fight, hunt and protect their groups feverishly.
They constantly move and relocate seeming on a whim. The people of Saverns refer to them as Song Whisperers because they claim to follow the songs of the desert winds as they move around. They usually live in smaller groups. Often coming together into larger groups when times are hard.
PHYSICAL
Ears
Suzurri have four pairs of ears. They can pick up a large range of frequency because of the varying size of their ears. Each pair of ears move independently from the other pairs allowing them to pick up noises from all angles.Their ears have a lil membrane that keep the sand out of the inner ear. They are a very soft spoken people due to their extreme hearing. When dealing with outsiders or near cities, they have the ability to "tune out"or lessen their hearing to make listening to others more bearable. They can only do this by concentrating so they spend little time around others not of their own kind.
Tails
Male Suzurri tails curl behind them naturally during daily routines. It can however be uncurled and used almost like another arm. The thick solid muscle in their tails are perfect for helping move and relocate their clans. They are also used to pick up, move and carry other objects like weapons, packs and heavy objects. They are also used in fighting. Able to whip out and strike an opponent like a spring. Inflicting heavy damage with little effort on the male´s part.
Female Suzzuri have thick long tails almost like a horse´s. Mostly just for show, their tails are soft and flowing. Young Suzzuri will often sleep wrapped in their mother´s tail for comfort.
