I finally have one! Here's the description:

1) Scales on either side of the mane
2) Same scales continue all the way down the back
3) Eye color changes depending on the phase of the lunar cycle
4) Hooves (back) are 4 cloven and oddly shaped, but very sharp
5) Paws (front) are like that of a large cat but with longer, thinner claws and wider-spread toes *has two dewclaws
6) Single antler that protrudes from the center of the forehead

7) Can open jaw wide like a dragon and can unhinge and re-hinge with difficulty

(b) Bottom teeth are more shark-like; thin but strong and razor sharp

(a) Numbing venom sack; this venom is extremely potent and is often the first to be injected
(b) Knock-out Venom; also very potent, but not deadly, this venom simply causes the victim to fall asleep (duration of sleep depends on the amount injected and the size of the victim)

-- when injected into a victim, it attacks the nerves system so quickly that even if the anti-venom is on-hand, the victim often still dies
