This here is Mr. Drippy from the PS3 game Ni No Kuni. He's got a lantern for a nose, but it's his personality that makes him shine. Ni No Kuni is a colourful and whimsical game, and you should play it. Also, some of its scenes are animated by Studio Ghibli.
I wish I used the fancy paper for this drawing, but this just started out as a doodle. The shading makes sense, if you don't think about it too much.
