Wow the colors are so vibrant! You did an amazing job on this. =3 May I ask what tool on Art Rage you used? I'm thinking the pastel's but I'm not 100% sure on that.

WOW. Was this done with pastels? It looks very smooth and soft, like the effect you'd get with chalks. I luv otters! Great that you put in all those tickly whiskers, some artists leave 'em out. Like the headband with the paw print, cute! What does the kanji say?
