Ok so there is a story to this.

About 2 months ago I decided, as a joke, to make a mild beefcake calendar of a bunch of characters in my local larp game. I spent a bunch of time researching and collecting photo reference because this was new ground for me and I wanted a very particular look. It was a really good learning experience and I think next time I approach this kind of subject matter I will be far better off. Not perfect, but for the sake of a very elaborate joke, I think its fine.

So I went and I did the illustration and set up the pages and got special paper and assembled everything. Each copy sold for 1 gold each (a lot in our game) and a special edition bound in leather sold for twice that at auction. There were only 7 copies total, so people began kinda going nuts trying to make deals to get them from other players and on the whole it was a huge success and easily the most talked about thing the whole weekend.

Frankly I was shocked. I had hoped it would cause scandal for the sake of roleplay but it was met with seemingly universal approval. My character made a shitton of money in-game and now has potential career options outside of murdering the crap out of orcs and goblins and such...
